Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 lb ground chicken

1 tsp sea salt

1 bottle Certo Misto Tomato Sauce

Process

Preheat oven to 375 F / 180 C

Mix together breadcrumbs, egg, salt and ground chicken.

Form into 1-2 inch balls

Prepare am 8 x 8 inch pan with a drizzle of olive oil on the bottom.

Place meatballs in pan, spacing them out so they are not touching.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Add half of the tomato sauce (12 oz) to the bottom of the pan, covering the meatballs a little more than half way with sauce.

Bake for another 20 minutes.

Make pasta to serve them on top for dinner or toast bread for a meatball sandwich!
